industrial and retail space within the Greater St. Louis Metropolitan Area,
as well as in St. Lucie and Palm Beach County Florida. White Company offers

to management of existing properties. In addition, White Company works as a
brokerage firm, using market knowledge and aggressive marketing techniques to
acquire, sell, lease and manage real estate throughout the area.
White Company delivers unique expertise to our clients. Because we have developed
many properties for our own account, we bring first-hand, market-tested knowledge
and procedures to every client we serve. A fixture in the St. Louis real estate
market since 1917, White Company has earned a reputation as a pioneer of developmental
firsts, including Missouri’s first industrial parks (Maplewood and Hanley
Industrial), Missouri’s first enclosed mall (Town and Country Mall) and
St. Louis’ first mixed-used development (West Port Plaza).
Our offices in Port St. Lucie, Florida have been just as innovative. White
Company has planned and developed an entire community, St. Lucie West, one of
the largest master-planned communities on Florida’s east coast. St. Lucie West
includes nearly 10 million square feet of approved commercial, industrial and
retail buildings; over 5000 homes; 90 acres of college campuses; 100 acres of
public parks and recreational facilities; as well as daycare, preschools, elementary,
middle and high schools. The community is also the spring home of the New York
Mets, thanks to a $12.2 million South Florida baseball complex developed and
built by the White Company.
In both St. Louis and Port St. Lucie, White Company provides a superior level
of commercial and industrial real estate and property management services to
buyers, sellers and investors. For more information about our Florida offices,

History
Founded in 1917 by Joseph H. White, White Company has remained a private,
family-owned business for three generations. Joseph H. White considered it his
life’s work to develop property on what was then the western frontier
of the Greater St. Louis Metropolitan Area. He passed this innovative spirit
on to his son, Thomas J. White, Sr., who headed the company for more than 40
years. Today, Thomas J. White, Jr., presides over White Company with the same
strength and “can do” attitude of his predecessors. back to top
